2003 Cabin Reservations
Notice: The new electric service drop has been installed and inspected,
but as of Memorial Day the PPL had still not switched it over, so there
is no electric power at the cabin. Check this page or call Woody if you
are planning to use the place in the near future and need juice.

Ice House repair nearly completed this year.The McGinnis brothers and Bill Hitchcock were able to complete the replacement of the floor in the ice house at the KFC cabin on Saturday August 23rd. All that was left to do is to replace the barn board siding on the areas where it rotted away due to having been buried in the ground for 30 years. Mike Ritch supplied sufficient rough cut planking to do the entire building, and Art, Bill Hitchcock, Joe McGinnis and Woody put it on October 4th. The job is not quite complete; the roof still needs to be replaced, rafters sheeting and shingles. That job is on the list for the spring.
